software ﹤/﹥ engineer, proud hermit, quiet ranch/farm boy, independent

when my thoughts feel like poison, your positive affirmations can be mental hygiene even with no other available HALT Maintenance which are coping skills.

EXAMPLE:
Affirmation: World is okay! 🙂

  1. We are all equal and equally blessed.
We are all vastly more gifted, vastly more talented, vastly more strong, and vastly more harder-working in ALL each our own personal areas in life.
  2. In a world with No natural obligations or roles, we are ALL super okay! 🙂

I’ve never gone one day without!

World is oKay! 🙂

Furthermore:

Heritage is so deep, we all one family.

Visual differences are more beautiful when loved as unique, but cognitively impossible to be seen as ugly.

Actions speak louder than descriptions.

Love conquers all.

If my Peaceful “feet” decided to go to war on my Peaceful “hands” I’d be a paraplegic! My limbs are of the same body.
